1. Transitioning to College:
The Gap Year Program presents students with a unique opportunity to experience new, multi-variable cultural aspects of the World before going to college (and so enhance the college experience). The Gap Year also broadens each student's understanding of the way the World works and networks -skills that are more valuable and attractive to employers and future success in a world in flux. This Is a life changing year of personal growth and increased confidence and independence.

The Gap Year Gives you a chance to experience the world directly, unfiltered by other people's interpretations. You experience it unvarnished from bias, spin, hype and the agendas of others. The power of finding your own way isn't always easy or predictable, particularly in the increasingly more complex technologically driven world we live in today. But when you do, you can discover new capabilities that will serve you well throughout life.

And to do so is far more satisfying and life-changing when you have successfully traversed the challenges on your own. Once you encounter the world on your own terms and practice managing its challenges, you will never settle for someone else's version of it or be dependent on anyone else to direct your life.
